Jetlag Noodles do not cure jetlag. They are formulated to help support energy, focus or relaxation when your circadian rhythm is disrupted due to travel, night shifts or irregular routines.
What functional ingredients are included?
Revive contains guarana and vitamin D3.
Reset contains magnesium glycinate and vitamin B6.

Does Revive contain caffeine?
Yes. Revive contains guarana, a natural source of caffeine. We recommend avoiding it close to bedtime or if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Are Jetlag Noodles® vegan?
Yes. Both Revive (Red Chilli & Ginger) and Reset (Umami Miso & Sesame) are 100% vegan.
Are Jetlag Noodles® organic?
Yes our wheat noodles are organic – but the paste is not.
Are the noodles fried?
No. Jetlag Noodles use air-dried organic wheat noodles, not fried noodles, making them lighter than traditional instant ramen.
Are Jetlag Noodles® gluten-free?
No. Jetlag Noodles contain organic wheat flour and are not gluten-free.
What allergens do Jetlag Noodles® contain?
Jetlag Noodles® contain wheat (gluten), soy and sesame. They are not suitable for people with wheat, gluten, soy or sesame allergies. Made in a facility that handles other allergens, so traces may be present.
Are Jetlag Noodles® suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
If pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before consuming products containing functional ingredients such as guarana.
What does magnesium contribute to?
Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, electrolyte balance, muscle function and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Why do you use MSG in Jetlag Noodles®?
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) enhances umami flavour while containing significantly less sodium than salt. It occurs naturally in foods like tomatoes and mushrooms and is widely recognised as safe by global health authorities.
How do you prepare Jetlag Noodles®?
Add boiling water, close the lid, stir and wait a few minutes. For airline catering, water at approximately 80ºC is sufficient.

No. Jetlag Noodles are designed as a light, functional meal or snack for moments of disruption.

Yes. Jetlag Noodles are suitable for airline and onboard service. Preparation requires only hot water (approx. 80-100ºC), making them compatible with standard galley equipment. During testing our noodles have also hydrated successfully in 70ºC water.
