  • Jetlag isn't just tiredness – it's biological confusion

Hormones (like melatonin and cortisol) are released at the wrong times, making it hard to fall asleep and wake up properly.

  • Poor sleep is the number-one symptom of jetlag

Even if you're exhausted, your body may resist deep sleep, leading to fragmented rest and that wired-but-tired feeling.

  • Calming rituals support circadian recovery

Relaxation cues – warm food, low light and grounding nutrients – can help signal to your body that it's time to wind down.
